Shipping Information
lifeincrease (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://lifeincrease.shop) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
We ship almost worldwide. Nonetheless, there is a small list of countries that we cannot accept deliveries to. This is mostly down to international embargoes or problems getting goods through customs. You will be notified if we’re unable to ship to a specific location.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping for all orders: Currently, we do not charge a shipping cost for the delivery of your shipments regardless of quantity. Further details including the final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before confirming your purchase.
3. Delivery Terms
Shipping Time
Our delivery time frame is 7-15 business days (excluding 3-5 business days for processing). Please do not worry if your tracking number has been slow in getting updates as this largely depends on the carriers. If your tracking number has not been updated for over 15 days, kindly contact our team to request a refund for your purchase. For remote places, the shipping time might take a little longer.
Courier companies include DHL, FedEx, EMS International, UPS, USPS, and shipping couriers available in your country.
When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location.
NOTE: In many areas, Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Some special models will take longer to get.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 – 5 business day of payment of the order. For some special items that are not available at that time, it might take longer to dispatch.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
lifeincrease will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using postal services. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at https://lifeincrease.shop/contact-us so that we can conduct an investigation.
If the tracking information shows that your shipment has not been updated by the carrier within 15 days, kindly let us know and we will issue a full refund immediately. You can always be sure that your will either receive your purchase or your payment back.
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will be notified by email with a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5. Cancellations
Please note that payment gateways will always deduct 5% from your total refund as transaction fee.
In case you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not been sent, we can help you cancel your order. On the contrary, if the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. (In case there is no tracking number but the goods are being processed at the shipping center is also counted as sent).

6. Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.
7. Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

8. Multiple Shipments
To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our lifeincrease warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Your credit card will be charged when your order is packaged and ready to be shipped. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge your credit card when the product you ordered is packaged and ready to be shipped.
9. Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on lifeincrease.shop, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from lifeincrease to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from lifeincrease to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.
